What if I forget my password?
- Click the "Send my password!" link under the login box on the home page. You will be asked for your email address and your password will be sent to you.
How do I search for the product I need?
- Hover pointer over [Products]
- Select [Search]

Define search criteria. You can search products by Catalog Number, CAS Number, Product Name, Molecular Formula, Description Purity Grade, or Category/Subcategory. When a category is selected, its subcategories appear in Subcategories drop-down menu.
- Select order for sorting results. Results can be sorted by CAS Number, Catalog Number, and Formula.
- Submit your search by clicking [Search] button.
If you do not find the product you need, you may want to broaden your search by entering fewer criteria in the search form.
Why can't I see the prices of the products I want to buy?

You must register and log in to view prices and buy products [and what else?]. Registration is free.
How do I buy a product?
- Once you have registered and logged in, the option to buy will appear under the product details of the specific product you have selected. Click the button next to the product you wish to purchase.
You can select from the options to Change Quantity, Continue Shopping, Checkout, or Secure Checkout.
- To change quantities, modify the number in the text box and click [Change Quantity]. Updated price and quantity will then be shown.
- To remove quantities, type a zero (0) in the quantity text box and click [Change Quantity]
- To save contents of shopping cart and continue shopping, click [Continue Shopping]
- To complete shopping and checkout, click [Checkout]
- For details on secure checkout, click [Secure Checkout]
How do I check out?

Select [Checkout] from shopping cart
- Fill out order form, including Billing Address, Shipping Address, Shipping Method, and Other Instruction if applicable
- Click [Continue]
- Order details are shown. Details can be retrieved by clicking on the Item Number
- Billing and Shipping addresses can be edited by clicking the [edit] buttons
- Online orders require a valid credit card. Please enter your card information.
- Click [Send My Order] to complete sale.
