| Nucleophilic amine derivatives are useful precursors for the attachment of ligands via a variety of stable linkages, including amide, secondary amine, urethane, urea and other links. (1-4) We offer a range of selectively and non-selectively functionalized polysaccharide amide and amine derivatives. We also offer a series of polysaccharide hydrazide derivatives that are suitable for condensation with aldehyde- and ketone-containing molecules under mildly acidic conditions. Also available on a special order basis, are amine functionalized polysaccharides based on amino acid esters. Please inquire |
