We offer a series of biotin glycan conjugates with different linkages and spacer groups. These multivalent biotinylated products are useful in combination with streptavidin reporter reagents for ELISA, lectin binding and immunoadsorbtion studies. The conjugates feature the biotin residues (B10-B18, R = glycan, typical biotin substitution: 5-8 mol%) based on amide, ester, ether, or hydrazide linkages, some of which have a cleavable disulfide bond. In addition to the conjugates shown here, other combinations of carbohydrate probes (see Complex Carbohydrate Section), biotin derivatives, iminobiotin derivatives, spacer groups, oligosaccharides, glycans and other biomolecules are available. Also available are different immobilized biotin supports. Biotin substitution levels and linkage configurations can be customized. Please inquire.
